As part of the exhibition 'Fashion Cities Africa', the RCMC and Intense Art Magazine (IAM) hosted a conversation on fashion photography from Nigeria. Ema Edosio interviewed photographer Lubee Abubakar about her work and the role of fashion photography in Nigeria and beyond.

Emamode Edosio (popularly known as Ema) is an award winning Nigerian film maker and film director. She obtained BSc in Computer science from Ogun State University. She studied digital film making at New York Film Academy (NYFA) and motion pictures at the Motion Pictures Institute of Michigan in the United States. She received the best Film and Director of the year by sisterhood award. She is known for The Governor (2016) and Amaka's Kin: The Women of Nollywood (2016).
